John David, MS, MBA, DHA
Managing Partner & CEO

John's expertise spans two healthcare industry segments, during 30 years of diverse, global leadership: Hospitals and physician practice; Medical devices & biotech organizations. John is an analytical, out-of-the box visionary, a proactive and decisive leader, with passion to impact healthcare, through innovative approaches and framework that drive high quality care and margins. Leading multimillion dollar operations with culturally distinct groups of people in diverse healthcare environments, has given him a unique edge and competitive advantage. He takes responsibilities seriously, and strengthens organization core values to deliver mission-critical objectives. John offers a high caliber of creative thinking and experience in developing and implementing strategic and operational framework to positively impact prospective clients.

encompassed global business network and joint venture development and collaboration in USA, Europe, India & Sri-Lanka, Far-East, Saudi Arabia & Dubai.

The healthcare delivery segment has been at the heart of John's passion for the past 15 years. Under rapid evolution of the regulatory and competitive environment, healthcare organizations recognize that changes are imperative for their viability and sustainability. John has consulted with for-profit, not-for-profit and federal healthcare facilities in reviewing operations and recommending strategic imperatives for growth and quality outcomes.

John has a doctorate in health administration and policy (DHA), a masters in business administration (MBA), with concentration in health and medical services administration, masters in bioengineering, and an undergraduate degree in electrical and electronics engineering. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and American Society for Quality (ASQ).

John also is active on the Board of Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA, as well as on the Government Affairs Committee of Columbia County. Currently he chairs the strategic & business planning for Goodwill Board of Directors retreat.

Anthony O'Neill
Corporate Development

Anthony is responsible for identifying markets for Daviron and developing the national presence of the Business Solutions group. He has worked at one of the largest national property and casualty insurance companies, where he was among the top Property and Casualty sales representatives in the Midwest region. Further, Anthony's experience with a national HR outsourcing provider, enabled him to work with a multitude of local and national service providers while providing HR/benefits consulting, risk and compliance, and administrative relief to small and medium sized companies. Working with various industries and directing risk management processes, he has significant experience in the following areas:

Anthony graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He continues to develop his craft through personal and professional affiliations such as the American Marketing Association (AMA) and American Insurance Association (AIA).

Joanna David, MBA, CPCU, ARM
Director of Strategy & Communications

Joanna is responsible for identifying the various avenues to brand Daviron; she ensures consistency in all Daviron communications, marketing and public relations efforts. Joanna also assists with project deliverables utilizing her expertise in identifying, assessing and prioritizing fortune 500 clients' enterprise level business risks.

Joanna is skilled in public relations, risk management, insurance and marketing. She has led and managed consulting engagements for industries in leading global consulting and insurance brokerage firms and has also been involved with crisis communication and organizational branding. Greg Crawford, PHR
National Sales Director

Greg brings over 25 years of experience in HR and Benefits Consulting and is responsible for developing and marketing Daviron’s Business Solutions. He has played a significant role in designing, implementing and managing corporate infrastructure through programs that resulted in increased efficiency and profitability for his clients. Greg’s years of experience as a HR executive and tenure with a national HR outsourcing provider has enabled him to provide HR/benefits consulting, risk and compliance, and administrative relief to small and medium sized companies. Through working with various industries including insurance, education and financial services and directing risk management processes, he has expertise in the following areas:

Greg has a M.A. in Communication Science and holds the PHR certification from the Society for Human Resources Management. He is also on the Board of Trustees for North Park University.
